Brett Jackson joined Cyren as CEO in April 2019. An experienced, growth-oriented executive, he has led and scaled multiple companies in the security and analytics markets. He previously served as CEO of Digital Reasoning, an artificial intelligence analytics software company; as CEO and Chairman of Logi Analytics, Digital Harbor, and eSecurity; and as Chief Operating Officer of Cybertrust (acquired by Verizon) and Axent Technologies (acquired by Symantec). He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Lior Kohavi was appointed Cyren’s Chief Strategy Officer and EVP for Advanced Solutions in May 2019, having previously served as Cyren’s CTO for six years. His over 20 years of experience as a technology executive includes work as a business strategy architect at Microsoft, and as vice president of product management and strategy at Whale Communications. He led the development of cryptographic security at Cylink and served as head of the Israel Air Force’s Network and Operations Systems Department. Lior received his Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University and a degree in computer science from Bar-Ilan University.
Brian Dunn is responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance functions for Cyren. Prior to joining Cyren, he served as General Counsel for Lightbridge Communications Corporation (acq. by Tech Mahindra) and then Pinogy Corporation. He began his career as an attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He holds a BA from the Virginia Military Institute and a JD from the Catholic University of America.
Isaac Dvir leads Cyren’s R&D efforts globally. Prior to joining Cyren he was the R&D Director of Mobile Threat Prevention Products at Check Point. Prior to Check Point he was CTO as well as VP of Cyber R&D at KELA, a cyberthreat intelligence company. He served as an officer with the Israeli military for ten years, in intelligence focusing on cybersecurity. Isaac holds a B.Sc. in communication systems engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an Executive MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mike Fleck is responsible for marketing Cyren’s enterprise and OEM solutions globally. Mike has more than 25 years of cybersecurity industry experience, and has held senior leadership roles at Constella Intelligence, Covata Limited, CipherPoint Software (acq. by Covata), and Vormetric (acq. by Thales). He holds multiple patents and has been featured in publications like Security Week, Information Security Magazine, Information Management, and NBC News. Mike holds a B. Sc. from James Madison University.
Bruce is responsible for leading Cyren’s sales and go-to-market activities in the Americas. He has over 30 years of experience leading sales teams for high-growth cybersecurity companies, including several which have had successful exits. Bruce has held senior sales leadership positions at 4iQ, Vaultive, Fortscale, Thales-Vormetric, Entercept Security Technologies, Arcot Systems and Axent. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Marketing from California State University in Chico.
With deep cloud security technical expertise and problem-solving skills, Michael Tamir is responsible for Cyren’s cybersecurity program, and customer success and product support teams. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). He has previously served as Director of Security Solutions, Director of Technical Services, and Director of Professional Services over 18 years of working at Cyren.
